In early 2025, a long‑term customer in Southeast Asia encountered serious problems during a natural gas extraction project. Unstable formations and poor cuttings removal led to premature failure of several standard PDC drag bits.

Instead of offering a quick replacement, our engineering team asked for detailed formation data, drilling parameters, and field feedback. After redesigning the cutter layout and optimising the hydraulic structure, we delivered a custom concave PDC bit solution.

For us, that means more than any sales figure. In 2025, we supplied PDC bits, drag bits, and custom drilling tools to customers across Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and South America. But what we truly delivered was reliability—helping contractors complete water wells, gas extraction holes, anchor projects, and geological exploration safely and efficiently.
