The electroplated diamond core bit utilizes precision electroplating technology to uniformly and firmly attach diamond particles to the bit head. With sharp cutting edges and excellent wear resistance, it is specifically designed for medium-hard intact formations and reinforced concrete sampling. It performs exceptionally well in geological surveys, rock sampling, water well drilling, and reinforced concrete sampling in construction projects, offering high core integrity and stable drilling efficiency. Precision electroplating technology ensures tight bonding between diamond particles and the bit body, preventing detachment. Uniform particle exposure maintains long-lasting cutting sharpness, providing stable cutting performance in medium-hard formations and reinforced concrete while avoiding particle loss and edge breakage.

High Core Integrity & Sample Quality

Optimized bit tooth profile and layout design minimize rock/concrete core fragmentation and loss during coring. Conventional medium-hard formations achieve core recovery rate ≥95%, with excellent core integrity in reinforced concrete sampling, meeting sample quality requirements for geological analysis and engineering inspection.

Suitable Formations

Limestone, dolomite, shale, marble, gneiss, and other medium-hard intact formations.

Specifically adapted for: Reinforced concrete structures (pile foundations, beams, columns, etc.) sampling – preferred bit for this scenario.

Not recommended for loose fractured, highly abrasive, or ultra-hard formations (such as granite, basalt).

Drilling Method

Rotary Drilling – Recommended to use with water or low-solid mud circulation. Reinforced concrete sampling requires sufficient cooling and lubrication to improve cutting efficiency and bit life. During coring, control drilling pressure and rotation speed to avoid impact loads and ensure core integrity.
